The staff was amicable, superfriendly, and everything was good. Central location next to the beach and shops and one of the better restaurants, it was in a comfortable area. Also, Playa de Palma Beach was 2 km away from the hotel.

The hotel had a central position right by Spain as well as the beach, shops and bars. Also, the place was within easy walking distance of Mega Park Nightclub.

The property was fairly clean, featured modern design, I truly enjoyed it. The twin room I was given was complete with fridges on picture, bedrooms and balcony. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast. The staff were amazing friendly, the location was fab and amazing. A local supermarket and local supermarkets were right next door.

The whole experience was really nice from start to finish, recommend. Everything here was perfect and my room was nice modern. The breakfast was great and available with fresh fruit etc even pancakes, the staff were efficient and excellent. The location was fantastic, at a medium distance from a large amusement park.

This hotel is a great value for money, considering its location in a busy tourist area and its proximity to the beach. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided in the rooms are satisfactory. The view from the balcony is nice, despite some obstructions as mentioned in previous reviews. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options, although the coffee could have been better.

Some minor improvements could be made, such as adding more plants to create a livelier atmosphere, providing a proper table for the balcony/room, and offering the possibility to make tea or coffee in the rooms. everything was satisfactory.

Hotel is on "red service" and nightclub street, so if You take cheap number, that`s means 90% You will get number with window and balcon to street side, and its possible that will be likely loudly in night.

The staff were extremely helpful and hotel was very clean and only couple of minutes from beach,shops and bars. It was very basic but exceptionally good for the price and family run. The food was limited but always fresh,tasty and hot. There was a luggage room and shower for late departures. I would definately stay again if I was going to Arenal.

Good accomodation,clean and location is excellent,buses 15 and 25 will take you to Palma plaza Espana,bus stop few metres away from the hotel.Beach is nice and you have to only walk 2 min.You don't have facilities like air conditioning,hair dryer,gym etc... but you will find a clean room with a balcony and all the basics.Food is Ok,breakfast is the simple(not english breakfast here,no sausages or bacon were served while we were there although they might do it from time to time,they don't serve fruit which was not nice,dinner was nice,two main courses to choose from and salads.We only stayed for 3 nights short trip but overall I am happy with this hotel

-Looks like a hostel ,the furniture is very very old (from the' 70-80 )and in a bad condition,bathroom clean but with very old equipment. -No air cond,no tv -they said there is a buffet,but it was something like the" menu of the day." So,if u want to go back into the ' 80's,its the right place to go its a big difference between what u see in the pictures and what u find in the reality

It's close to the beach and small port, very close to the bus stops. The staff is friendly and helpful. Some od them speak english,but not all.

The hotel is quite old and it looks like it was built in 60'S. The bathroom wasn't nice, the water in the bath didn't come down for over 20 mins after shower. Moreover, the bathroom wasn't cleaned during the whole week. They changed the towels and made beds, but didn't clean at all.
